Learn to read the coastal landscape as a coastal geomorphologist

This tour is a pilot format for anyone interested in learning to read coastal landscapes through the eyes of a coastal geomorphologist. No prior background is required, though some curiosity about nature, geology, or the coast will help you get more out of it. Tours are preferably organized around Sagres, but depending on your interests, such as the Fishermen’s Trail, surfing, or geology, and where you are staying, other locations along the Costa Vicentina may also be possible. A typical tour lasts around 2 hours, though shorter or longer formats are also possible; group size is limited to 6 people, and while the indicative price is 25 euro per person, pilot sessions are currently donation-based. Timing is flexible, though low tide is usually best because more of the coastal landscape is exposed.
